The FD-50R Freeze Dryer Machine
The FD-50R is an industrial freeze drying plant that can be applied to nearly every area of food processing, such as fruits, vegetables, prepared meals, herbs and pet food. The FD-50R system offers 57.6m2 shelf area that enable load raw product, max can load 2.3m3 raw product.
The FD-50R is split design, all its sub-systems and components (include vacuum pumps, refrigeration, heating elements, electric cabinet and the pipe work etc.) are installed besides freeze drying chamber. The machine is pre-assembled and is comprehensively tested in our factory. Before shipment, the system will be disassembled for easy transport. Vikumer team will charge the installation and worker training.

Technical Description
