The FD-3L-TP-CIP-SIP freeze dryer is designed to perform small scale industrial drying processes, in accordance with the strictest GMP and regulatory standards. The machine is configured as a compact unit in mono-bloc configuration, and is engineered modularly to provide a comprehensive range of standard accessories and in-factory options.
The FD-3LS pharmaceutical freeze dryer provide 3.24m2 loading surface and 60kgs vapor collect capacity. Max can load 12432pcs 2R vials or 32.4L fluid at 10mm thick.

- CIP clean in place system.

- PLC and HMI based control system, meet FDA 21 CFR PART 11.
