The BFD-10 07 pilot freeze dryer offers 7 shelves total 1.1m2 shelf area and 25kgs ice condenser capacity. It is high performance that has the similar technical features to the commercial ones, and is designed especially for laboratory applications of recipe development, process optimization, clinical trial and small volume production.
Control of the freeze dry system is through a touch screen HMI (LYO-PILOT software), which allows for performing the entire freeze drying process fully automatically as well as accurately monitoring it.
The BFD-10 freeze dryer is a compact unit with casters and brake. All components that involved with the operate of it were installed a powder coated cabinet, fully assembled, ready to operate deliver.
