Pilot Scale Freeze Dryer For Commercial Small Production
The BFD-20 pilot plant freeze dryer is designed for commercial small scale production of a range of bulk goods. It is entirely stainless steel fabricated to ensure a hygiene freeze drying process, and is all-include design, plug and play deliver.
Operation of the freeze dryer is through a touch screen HMI, fully automatic working based. Once raw product placed in drying chamber, the process runs fully automatically as per pre-programmed recipes. All vital parameters such as product temperature, heating temperature, condenser temperature and vacuum degree etc. alive displays on screen, and are auto stored to enable later download.
