Pilot Plant for Commercial Small Scale Production
The BFD-20S pilot freeze dryer is a stoppering tray lyophilizer, designed to freeze dry pharmaceutical and biotechnology products such as vaccines, serum and plasma, which are loaded in vials or glass bottles. After lyophilization process finish, a hydraulic system can drive shelves move up or down for vials close.
In drying chamber, 1 module shelf which contains max 6 plates can be used for raw product loading, total 2.4 square meters. Rear side of drying chamber, an external type ice condenser is installed to collect vapors. Effective vapor collect capacity 30kgs/24hrs, 50kgs total.
Its control system is PLC and HMI based, same as industrial units. This system guarantees freeze dryer reliable working and precise control of the freeze drying process, as well as other desired functions which listed below.
