Introduction
The LGJ-20 laboratory freeze dryer features floor type that capable of install a wide range of accessories for freeze drying recipe development and advanced research. Condenser temperature available in -55C and -80C, drying chamber can select standard, stoppering and manifold type, shelves optional with electric heating and temperature up to +60C.
Technical Details
The Vekuma LGJ-20 laboratory freeze dryer is floor type, a variety of accessories can be installed to be a versatile scientific freeze dryer such as shelves heating, vacuum control, eutectic point detector etc.
Base Unit: Powder coated steel exterior, with wheels for easy to move. An upright stainless steel ice condenser is inbuilt, the condenser is chilled by coolant direct expand and is allowed for raw material pre-freezing. A wide range of accessories can be connected to the ice condenser to expand freeze dryer functions. Lateral of base unit has vacuum port, vacuum release valve and water drain valve. Freeze dryer power cable and vacuum pump power plug is located on rear side of base unit.
Control System: A 7” touch screen HMI is mounted on the freeze dryer base unit, it real-time displays condenser temperature, product temperature and vacuum degree. 3 large buttons on touch screen bottom are use to control compressor and vacuum pump working and condenser defrosting. Sub-pages include debugging interface of system setting and sensors calibration, real-time drying curve and data downloaded.
Drying Chamber: The drying chamber available in 6 selections, from bulk to manifold, to enable products dried in trays, vials, ampoules, flasks and other glass bottles.
Vacuum Pump: A 2-stage oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pump is included in the standard offer. Vacuum pump connects to freeze dryer by a hose and a pair of tri-clamp.
