Introduction
The Vekuma FD-50R freeze dryer is an industrial vacuum freeze drying machine, capable of drying common food like fruits and vegetables. It has 50.8m2 shelf area and 750kgs ice condenser.
The freeze drying plant is modular install. All elements involved with the operation of it is individually install besides drying chamber, by modules. Products loading/unloading is through overhead monorail system.
