Introduction
The FD-5R freeze dryer is a small commercial unit, designed to perform small scale industrial freeze drying processes. Drying example includes fruits, vegetables, nutrients and snacks. It has 4.86m2 loading surface and the ice condenser can collect up to 75kgs vapors.
