Lab Basic Research Benchtop Freeze Dryer

The LGJ-10 laboratory freeze dryer is an compact benchtop lyophilizer for laboratory research and samples storage. The freeze dryer has a stainless steel ice condenser which is upright cylindrical formed, minimum temperature -80C, can collect up to 4kgs vapor in 24hrs.

Control of the freeze dryer is by a 7” touch screen. It real-time displays condenser temperature, product temperature and vacuum degree. Drying data can download to USB cards.

Machine Structure

There are 3 main components in LGJ-10 freeze dryer: Main body, drying chamber and vacuum pump. They can be quickly connected and dismounted.

The main body has a stainless steel upright vapor collector which can holds 4kgs of ice. -80C model is 2 compressor system, suitable for low freezing point materials.

The drying chamber installation is by simply put it on freeze dryer. There are 6 selections: from bulk tray type, to stoppering tray and manifold type, capable of drying raw materials in trays, vials or flasks.

Vacuum pump connects to freeze dryer is by vacuum hose and clamps, vacuum break valve is installed in the same side of vacuum port.
