The LGJ-20 laboratory freeze dryer is floor type, with wheels for easy move and install. This freeze dryer inbuilt a stainless steel upright ice condenser for vapor collect, minimum temperature -55C, can hold 4kgs ice in 24hrs. Which is as a reference of the lyophilization capacity.

Control of the freeze dryer is by a 7” touch screen, it displays condenser temperature, product temperature and vacuum degree. As well as real-time drying curve and data.

Machine Structure

There are 3 modules in LGJ-20 freeze dryer: Base unit, Drying chamber and Vacuum pump. Send to user by pieces and can quickly assemble.

The base unit has a stainless steel upright vapor collector which can holds 4kgs of ice in 24hrs. Cooling by refrigerant direct expand. Lowest temperature -55C, suit for common materials freeze drying.

Drying chamber install is by simply put it on freeze dryer base unit. There are 6 selections of drying chamber, from standard type to stoppering type and manifold type.

Vacuum pump connects to freeze dryer is by a vacuum hose and quick clamps.
