100Kgs/Batch Food Fruit Freeze Dryer
The Vikumer FD-10R freeze dryer is a medium capacity commercial freeze drying machine, designed to handle food products include fruits, vegetables, candy, chocolate, meat, herbs and snacks. The machine offers 9.72m2 loading surface and Vikumer’s quality standard and performance acceptance test for the FD-10R is to sublimate and condense 100kgs vapors in 24hrs, which also refer to the recommend batch loading volume.
The FD-10R freeze dry system is all-in-one design, all its sub-systems and components (include drying chamber, ice condenser, vacuum pump, refrigeration, electric cabinet and the pipe work etc.) are mounted on a steel frame. The machine is pre-assembled and is comprehensively tested in our factory before delivery.
