Food Fruit Vegetables Freeze Drying
The FD-20R freeze dryer machine is designed for food freeze drying. Its a commercial unit that suit various industries and products, such as fruits, vegetables, cooked meals, herbs, pet food, coffee and meat. The machine has 19m2 trays area that enable load raw materials, max can load 0.8m3 raw material.
Vikumer’s FD-20R is entirely stainless steel 304 made, long lifespan and meet FDA. The drying chamber and ice condenser is PUF covered to avoid energy waste, shelves are sandwich type and are heat transfer fluid based which capable of heating and cooling, condenser cooling is by coolant direct expansion, lowest -45C, PLC and HMI based control system, automatic freeze dry and drying data downloadable.
