Food Fruit Vegetables Freeze Drying
The FD-20R freeze dryer machine was designed specially for food freeze drying. It belongs to commercial and industrial production range, and it suits a wide range of products include fruits, vegetables, cooked meals, herbs, pet food, coffee and meat. The machine has 19m2 trays area that enable to load raw materials, max can load 0.8m3 raw material.
Vikumer’s FD-20R is entirely stainless steel 304 made, food grade meet FDA and long lifespan. Drying chamber is PUF or rubber sponge covered to avoid energy waste; Shelves are sandwich type, heat transfer fluid circulates inside for heating and cooling; Condenser cooling is by coolant direct expand lowest -45C; PLC and HMI based control system, automatic freeze dry and drying data downloadable.
