Small Industrial Pharmaceutical Freeze Dryer
The FD-1LS freeze dryer is a lab-scale production machine for the pharmaceutical industry. Typical installs in pilot plant and laboratory clean room, for small volume production. The machine with hydraulic device for vials closing under vacuum environment, and with CIP system capable of cleaning drying chamber, shelves, trays and condenser.
There are 4 useable shelves (450*600mm each), total 1.08m2 are that enable to load raw products. Vapor collect performance 10kgs in 24hrs period and 20kgs total.
