Small Commercial Pharmaceutical Freeze Dryer
The FD-2LS freeze dryer is a small commercial unit that designed specially for pharmaceutical freeze drying. The machine has 2.16m2 trays area for product loading, max camn load 8214pcs 2R vials.

- 2 chambers system, butterfly valve between drying chamber and ice condenser.
- Rectangular chamber, interior polish Ra<0.6um.
- Chamber leak rate < 0.05mBar L/Sec.
- Shelf temperature controllable from -50C to +70C.
- Shelf temperature uniformity <+/-1C.
- Shelves flatness <0.5mm/m.
- Shelves both surface polish Ra<0.4um.
- Condenser lowest -85C.
- Edwards 2-stage oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pump.
- System final vacuum 0.01mBar.
- Bitzer 2-stage compressor system.
- CIP Clean in Place system.
- Shelves hydraulic stoppering top to bottom.
