Pilot and Laboratory Freeze Dryer
The BFD-10S stoppering freeze dryer can use for laboratory research and pilot production. It is compact, stand-alone unit, all machinery that involve with the operate of the freeze drying system is mounted in a powder coated steel cabinet. Such as compressors, vacuum pump, fluid pump etc.
Inside drying chamber, 1 module shelf contains max 6 plates can use for raw product loading. The hydraulic cylinder is installed beneath drying chamber, for shelves move up/down and vials closing.
The control system is PLC based, same characters as industrial units. A 10″ touch screen HMI is use to control the freeze dryer, has the functions of users management, password protect, key components working status monitoring, recipes management, auto and manual working, real time drying curve and data download.
